Do you want to be more productive and get your time back?
Seriously, how many times did you postpone responding to your mom’s email just because it was too overwhelming to open your inbox or didn’t finish a project on time because you had too many things on your plate?
Yes, this happens to me all the time!
I feel that I am easily distracted by notifications coming from everywhere and I have so many different things going on that it’s hard to focus and get my work done.
Do you feel the same?
This actionable 30 Day Productivity challenge is for you!
The 30 Day Productivity Action Plan
In March, I asked the Peaceful Tribe what monthly challenge they wanted to take after February minimalism challenge and a lot of them voted to work on their productivity.
So I thought about how to organize this 30-day challenge and decided to create an action plan with a specific activity every day. Some will only take 5 minutes, while other can take an hour. It will really depend on how much time you want to spend to organize your work and your life.
To make sure that you will follow the plan, I would recommend setting your alarm one hour earlier for the next 30 days so you can get your coffee while working on the daily activities and then have some time for yourself before going to work. If it only takes you 5 minutes to finish the daily activity, you can take advantage of the time to do your nails or meditate or any other self-care activity 🙂
If you prefer, you can also schedule a recurring event in your phone calendar to receive a notification whenever you think will be the best for you!

November 14, 2018 at 5:18 amIf you want to improve your productivity, you may try the Kanban method. It’s simple but works really well. All you need is a board divided into 3 categories: to do, in progress and done. Then you put each of your tasks into one of the categories. If you want to know more about the method, here’s a free ebook about it: https://www.slideshare.net/kanbantool/kanban-what-is-it
